STEPS AND WAYS TO STICK TO YOUR RESOLUTIONS
Everyone intends to keep their Resolutions, but it can be hard. Here are few steps and ways that will help.
1. THE GOAL: Be more grateful.
STEP AND WAY: Practice gratitude with a buddy.
Find someone who also wants to be more grateful in
their life, and resolve to text each other three things that make you grateful
every day.
2. THE GOAL: Smaller meal sizes.
STEP AND WAY: Smaller plates.
People
tend to fill up whatever plate they use, So use a smaller plate and get a
smaller meal.
3. THE GOAL: Exercise before work.
STEP AND WAY: Get ready the night before.
Pack
your gear the night before, or if you are really a die hard, sleep in it.
4. THE GOAL: Less texting, more socializing.
STEP AND WAY: Put your phones in a basket until you are done for
the night.
This
one also requires cooperation, but make a game of it! Whoever goes for their
phone first buys a round or does the dishes.
5. THE GOAL: Cut closet clutter.
STEP AND WAY: One in, One out.
If you want something new, you have to ditch
something old. This trick will help with impulse buys.
